Mark’s Bar of Hix, Soho

If you want a great mixture of drinks that outdoes other places – a place that also offers bar snacks and amazing customer service – then you should check out the Mark’s Bar, located in Hix, Soho. When you get here, you’ll feel like a criminal in an elegant bar. It’s the bar that allows you to talk with co-workers and business partners while having a Black Cow vodka and tonic, or enjoy a first date with a beautiful lady or snuggle time with your significant other.

Enjoy a trial run of a whiskey cocktail or get hammered on the bar’s signature Hix Fixes.  If you stop by on Thursday after 10 p.m., you can check out the Mark Lates’ party, and you may find yourself dancing until the wee hours of the morning – 3 a.m., to be exact. You can think of The Sun Tavern has today’s version of a pub. It offers an array of décor – not a single particular style to walk into like you would other bars. It’s a style that makes it feel homey and relaxing.

It’s considered one of London’s best back bars – no longer is it the time when Fosters came from the tap and a dusty Cointreau bottle. The Sun Tavern offers an array of beers on tap that is changed out regularly. There’s a well-thought-out list of cocktails to try with staff that knows what the classic cocktails are made up of. 69 Colebrooke Row, Islington

If you’re all about the greetings you get when you walk into a bar, then the 69 Colebrooke Row bar is where you’ll feel like an invited guest who needs a drink. It doesn’t matter how packed the 69 is; you’re still going to feel welcomed the moment you walk in.

The great thing about the 69 is that it’s this minute, hidden behind the scenes bar a relaxing atmosphere with white-jacketed employees. The 69 is home to an eclectic mixture of folks – from writers to artists to designers. Many high-end bartenders throughout the world come to the 69 to experience owner Tony Conigliaro’s drinks.

The 69 bar is one of the most influential cocktail bars you’ll ever come across. How so? It was one of the first bars to offer high-end cocktails in a time when people no longer wanted the biggest drink but the best drink. Cahoots, Soho

Themed bars may not always work, but they work for Cahoots in Soho. The moment you walk in, you’ll find yourself amazed by what it has to offer. It’s something great bars have a tendency in doing – drawing in their customers. It’s got a blitz-chic theme with serious authenticity level design. The staff enunciates their words; they dress a particular way, they enter in a theatre-like manner, etc. It was really well-thought out.

Some of the bar may have been the Kingly Court tube station, which may be where the theme was attained. The drinks menu appears to designed on a 19040s-style newspaper. The people the bar hire know what they’re doing, creating drinks as if they were art. The product has been meticulously picked with an array of homemade ingredients with owners who spend time effort into presenting and garnishing the drinks.

It’s really a bunch of fun. It’s a place where skeptics can be won over.
