Want to transform your sex life from lukewarm, to sizzling hot? Practice simple Kegel exercises to bring you and your partner to new heights of sexual ecstasy.
What Are Kegels?
Kegels are muscle building exercises, that are used to develop strength in the pelvic floor, sometimes known as the puboccocygeus or PC muscle. In 1948, Dr. Arnold Kegel first developed the Kegel exercise when working with pregnant women, to prevent urinary incontinence. It was later discovered that regularly practicing Kegel exercises, had an important sexual function in both men and women.
In women, Kegel exercises can bring more blood flow to the genital region, leading to greater sexual sensitivity, a tightened vagina and more powerful full body orgasms. If you’ve never experienced female ejaculation through White Tiger Tantra, you are well on your way once you begin to strengthen your PC muscles through kegel exercises.
In men, there are many great benefits to having toned PC muscles. According to urologist, Dr. Andrew Siegel, Kegel exercises can help men maintain erections for longer periods of time, prevent premature ejaculation and enhance sexual pleasure. Some men report experiencing multiple orgasms when regularly exercising their pelvic floor muscles.
So, lets talk about your PC or Pelvic Floor muscles, because you need to first locate them in order to exercise them. The next time you have a full bladder, simply contract those muscles which stop your flow of urine. You’ve just located your PC muscles and exercising them will be a breeze, because you can practice just about anywhere. Practice your Kegels while sitting at the office, commuting, standing in line at the post office and even while you’re having sex!
How To Do Kegels Exercises
There are many ways you can do Kegels. I’ll share with you a couple of techniques, but feel free to invent your own if you will, just to keep it more interesting.
The Squeeze & Release:
The name says it all. Simply, squeeze your PC muscle, holding for a count of 10, then slowly release. Repeat in sets of 3. You can continue practicing the sets or do quick reps intermittently. While doing Kegels, men can place a towel over their erection for added weight.
The Elevator:
This Kegel exercise is often used with pregnant ladies to prepare them for childbirth, but don’t let that thought detract you from getting the most out of it. So, imagine your pelvic muscle is an elevator or escalator, whichever you prefer. There are 10 floors or levels to go up. On your inhale, start by contracting your PC muscle slowly drawing it up 5 floors (for starters). Hold it there for a few seconds, then exhale and slowly release, traveling back down. Women can give a slight push outwards, as though moving down into the basement levels, to train the body for female ejaculation.
On a side note, most sex shops sell specially designed Kegel exercisers for women such as, Ben Wa balls, smart balls, jade eggs, barbells and my favorite “The Gyneflex”.
Kegels & Tantra
I recommends that women practice their Kegels in conjunction with Tantra. There are many reasons for this, but primarily because that for many women, the PC muscles become weakened under certain circumstances, such as the aging process, pregnancy and even extended vibrator use. While the Tantra massage can help release muscular tensions in the body, pelvic floor muscle strength not only increases pleasure and vaginal sensitivity, it gives a woman better control of her urethra, through which female ejaculate is released.
So whether you are a man who wants firmer erections and to prevent premature ejaculation, or you are a woman who wishes she could experience mind-melting orgasms, practice your Kegels daily.
